E-juice bulk pricing follows volume breaks within each flavor line: per-bottle cost drops at case, multi-case and pallet quantities, and container-level buyers see the lowest landed price. Quotations always show the breaks explicitly, so you can see how close an order is to the next discount tier — occasionally adding a few cases unlocks a price step that improves margin on the entire shipment.

Nicotine-containing liquids and nicotine-free bases are priced separately, and freight is quoted by actual or volumetric weight since liquid is dense. Sea freight is dramatically cheaper per bottle for container orders; air freight makes sense for urgent restocks of proven sellers.

Planning a Flavor Line Buy

The practical rule for a first bulk juice order: choose fewer flavors, more depth. Twelve to twenty flavors covering the top sellers in your market, at two to four cases each, outsells sixty flavors at one case each every time — because customers return for the same flavor, and out-of-stock top sellers push them to competitors.

A typical mature store runs a 25/25/20/15/15 split across fruit, ice/menthol, mint, dessert/drink and tobacco. Your account manager will tailor this to regional data — for example, mango and lychee over-index in Southeast Asia, while berry and grape profiles lead in North America.

Planning seasonal lines six to eight weeks ahead avoids the air-freight premium that last-minute launches force.
